Delegation can make or break the opportunity that you have to develop great leaders. The way you delegate to the leaders that you are raising up is vital to the growth and development of their leadership. Another problem that pastors face when it comes to delegation is that they realize that there is a need for more delegation, but there is nobody to delegate to. In times like these, it is important that you realize the importance of the process that you need to take in order to set yourself up for delegation.
