Here at Leaders.Church, we believe that each leader experiences a unique journey in their pursuit of God’s calling. This can be a frightening reality as you may feel alone at times. However, this is actually one of the most encouraging realities you will encounter. Your journey is inspired by a calling that God has placed on your life to change the world! Your journey is more than just a story; it involves your relationship with Jesus Christ and His involvement with your ministry. Here, we outline the fundamentals for your foundation for ministry leadership.
In order to fully understand how your personal journey relates to your ministry leadership, we will look toward biblical examples of varying journeys held by leaders in the Bible. Having a firm grasp on your own personal calling and convictions from the Lord is key. This allows you to maximize your ministry influence once you permit the Holy Spirit to work through you.
