In situations like these, it is imperative that you are able to remain flexible so that you can take action. If you want to be a great leader, you must show flexibility.
There will be seasons in your ministry where it will seem like a lot is being thrown at you. Maybe you are in a situation where a down-season has caused your church to drop in attendance. Perhaps you are short on staff, but short on budget at the same time. In difficult times like these, it is apparent that a systematic change in execution must occur. Flexible leaders understand that change is necessary to compensate for certain scenarios.

Flexible leaders comprehend the fact that plans may need to change in order to take advantage of great opportunities. In order to experience that great, possibly life changing opportunity, you had to be flexible.
