There will be times in your ministry in which you will have a developed plan of execution, but somewhere along the line, the need for change occurs. In situations like these, it is imperative that you are able to remain flexible so that you can take action. If you want to be a great leader, you must show flexibility.

Flexible leaders comprehend the fact that plans may need to change in order to take advantage of great opportunities. In order to experience that great, possibly life changing opportunity, you had to be flexible.
