When you are making an important decision as a church leader, you must consider the circumstances that surround your church. What does the economy look like? How much money do we have? What resources do we have that will allow us to act? There are all kinds of circumstances that can allow you to do exactly what you want, and ones that will require you to rethink some things. Either way, it is important that your decisions are made in the context of the circumstances that surround your church.

Have you ever seen a church do something so phenomenally, so flawlessly, that you immediately think about how you can execute the same plan at your church? If so, it is great that you are using your resources to obtain effective plans for your church, but you must be aware of the circumstances that allowed that plan to be successful in the first place. Sometimes the reasons that their plan was so effective, was because their circumstances were different than yours. In this video you will learn the importance of analyzing whether an idea will be effective or not by looking at the circumstances surrounding it.

There will be times when you will face decisions as a leader that seem impossible because of your current circumstances, when this happens, it is important that you know what the necessary steps are to stay persistent with where you want your church to go. The good news is that we serve a God who listens to our prayers. Remember that God’s will for your church is not going to come to a halt because of our earthly circumstance.
