Your emotions can be complex and difficult to figure out. They can take you to the highest places and the lowest ones in terms of how you feel. Emotions have immense power in our lives. We have already discussed how you can understand your emotions, but now what? Understanding that what your sadness, frustration, or joy means and what it may stem from is one thing, but what do you do next?

Emotions are complex and difficult to figure out, but once you do, you can unlock leadership potential that was untapped before. When you lead your emotions, powerful things can happen. Suddenly you are a more stable leader, you are emotionally healthy, and you can lead with more confidence.
