In this final video of our series on leadership versus management, we are wrapping up with the motivation you need to hit the road with confidence. As we have already discussed, the balance of leadership versus management can be difficult. As you seek to obtain vision, avoid ditches, and find the right skillsets, we want to help you through it. The last step to balancing leadership verses management is to implement. We have discussed the strategy, now it’s time to apply it to your context.

Perhaps you can remember a time you wanted to accomplish something difficult. Maybe this was a project around the house or a new skill. Whatever it was for you, you understand that until you rack up the motivation to do it, it won’t get done. In ministry, this concept is true as well. When it comes to improving your balance of management versus leadership, you need to set aside the stress or intimidation, and tackle it.

With that said, what can you do to implement what you have learned in this series? What do these principles look like specifically within the context of your church? Perhaps you have followed this series and you feel a bit overwhelmed with what you need to work on. Maybe you find yourself in a place where you know what you need to do, but you need to encouragement to get there. We want to assist you in your effort to confidently assess yourself when it comes to your leadership and management.
