People Over Place

Everything you do as a church revolves around people, with Jesus at the center. You are reaching people for the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Along with that, your team is comprised of people as well. The importance of people in ministry is a key thing to understand. Without people, the church has no mission! It is easy to get caught up in the glamorous parts of church, while neglecting the very reason you are there. People are the most important part of your church. People are important because God loves them, and He called you to minister to them. How can your team value people over place in ministry?
