What is the “win” in terms of your church and your ministry? How do you define the win(s) in your church? When someone asks you how they can win at your church, do you have a clear and precise answer? This video is a little bit unconventional in comparison to the majority of the videos that we have produced. The uniqueness of this video is that you will be presented with a hands-on opportunity that will assist you in developing the win(s) for your church.

Regardless of the setting in which you are watching this video, we encourage you to stop and take part in this exercise with us as we strive to help you develop a clear and precise win for your church. A lot of times, leaders will sit in a circle or by themselves and think long and hard about what it means to win while attending or serving at their church. This is great, in fact, it’s crucial that you do this. The problem is that many leaders do not understand the correct way to go about this process of brainstorming.

This video will point you towards a quick, basic exercise so that by the time you are finished watching, you will have generated some key content that can be produced into the win(s) for your church. As you take part in this exercise, it will be most beneficial if you are doing it in a group setting in order to get a better perspective.
