The opinion of other people can be one of the most helpful tools as you seek to grow in your leadership. This is especially true when it pertains to speaking in front of people. The reality is, in most scenarios, you will not be able to see yourself as you are speaking. This makes it difficult to understand whether or not you are speaking in an effective manner or not. This is why, as a leader, seeking feedback is one of the most vital components that you can utilize in order to progress with your speaking.
Although feedback is one of the most important tools that you can use as a speaker in any setting, so many leaders and pastors do not know how to seek meaningful feedback. When you do not understand how to seek feedback, you will start to dwell on the things that you think you could do better.
