Hi! We’re Jonathan & Dick Hardy, co-founders of Leaders.Church.
We know every pastor can lead their church into a new era of reaching more people, and we believe that starts with YOU!
Here’s just a tad about who we are so you can determine if we’re worth listening to when it comes to church ministry. (Or not worth listening to… the choice is yours.)
We’re passionate about the local church. Dick was a business administrator and staff pastor at two different churches (2,200 and 4,200 in attendance) for 23+ years.
After seminary, Jonathan became an associate pastor at a church that grew from 7,300 to 10,000+ during his time on staff. Then he helped start a church plant that went from 0 to 1,800 in just five years.
So, our ministry “careers” have been in growing churches…
After stepping away from his church positions, Dick wrote two books on church ministry and started coaching pastors all over the U.S. He has worked in a one-on-one capacity with several hundred pastors. (We lost track of the number!)
During Jonathan’s church planting journey, he partnered up with Dick to start Leaders.Church because we’ve seen how anyone can lead a growing ministry.
Now we devote our full attention to helping pastors around the world level-up their ministry and leadership to prepare for tomorrow’s challenges.
