Healthy leadership equals growth and success! With this said, this video exists to teach you how a pastor leads with courage.

We live in a society that values our feelings over the practical and logical. This growing trend can cripple a leader if allowed. As a pastor, if you let each feeling that evolves inside of you to control you, your desired result as a leader will not be met. What does this have to do with courage? Everything. You see, there are a few specific things that you can do to exercise managerial courage. Following through with these will allow you to reject the idea that your feelings control you.

This all sounds great, but how is it accomplished? John 16:33 says, “I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.” Jesus has overcome the world! God has every situation in his hands. With that said, we understand that it can be difficult to lead in a way that acknowledges this. How can a pastor effectively take hold of their emotions in order to practice managerial courage? What are the strategies and methods to use as you hold managerial courage as a priority?
