Dick Hardy is the co-founder of Leaders.Church and Church University, two online platforms to help pastors master their ministry and leadership skills.

For 30 years Dick Hardy served as Chief Operating Officer and Administrative Pastor to two mega-churches. These churches served as the staging grounds for Dick’s ministry in leading and equipping pastors to be all they can be. He later served as a College Vice President. An ordained minister, he founded The Hardy Group a.k.a. Leaders.Church in 2007 serving pastors and churches initially in the area of growth consulting and now in digital resourcing for pastors.
