Hi, I’m Dick Hardy, and I’m so excited to present the Church Board Track here in Church University. I had a unique privilege of serving two churches in the Administrator role, so I sat around the church board table for 20+ years. I’ve also consulted hundreds of pastors and board members and hosted tons of church board retreats.

This has given me the unique position to understand the roles of both board members and lead pastors. And honestly, I’ve seen just about anything you can imagine when it comes to church boards.
